System Requirements
At present, EYE-View technology requires a Windows 98 or later operating system, Internet Explorer web
browser, and a non-invasive java application, which will download when first accessing video.
We recommend testing your PC’s responsiveness prior to operation. In the United States, we use
http://www.dslreports.com. Click on the Tests and Tools link. Run a Speed Test to determine how
quickly your system both downloads and uploads information. You might also want to run a Tweak
Test, which will check and recommend the configurations and software for optimal broadband
operations. You can also check your speed by entering http://nyc.speakeasy.net and pressing Start.
For optimum performance, your download speed should be greater than or equal to 128KBPS.
Lower speeds will work, but will result in slower frame rates.
