Platinum Configuration: EYE-View™ Wireless Video System

The Platinum configuration consists of a compact Mobile Camera Unit (MCU) and an Image Management Unit (IMU).

The MCU is a highly portable transmitter, which plugs into most standard camcorders (other configurations such as Camlite or thermal imagers are available).

The MCU transmits to video data to the IMU, where it is processed into highly compressed Internet Protocol data. The IMU then wirelessly transmits this data to the internet over a LAN, WiFi, cellular, or satellite-based network. The data can be viewed using an Internet Explorer browser at an off-site PC.
